About the role
- Perform door-to-door (D2D) roofing sales
- Generate self leads and follow up on some company-provided leads
- Work outside: walk on roofs, climb ladders, lift and carry ladders (up to 50lbs)
- Participate in training program and sales bonus competitions
- Pursue Project Management opportunity and leadership/upward mobility
- Use company vehicle/truck for business after 30 days with completed MVR on file
- Meet sales goals and represent Shamrock Roofing to homeowners
Requirements
- MUST BE COMFORTABLE WITH D2D SALES
- Some company leads provided; self gen leads are expected
- 18 years of age
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Reliable Transportation
- A self-starting attitude / Be a go getter
- Cell Phone
- Able to carry a ladder (some collapsible ones may be available to check out from our office)
- Able to climb a ladder and lift 50lbs
- Able to walk on a roof, and not afraid of heights
- Strong communication skills, driven and goal-oriented
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
- Participation in E-Verify Program for I9 Verification required
- Background check (criminal history) and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check required; offers contingent on successful completion and meeting Company driving standards
