About the role
- Assess and optimize promotional and offer strategy across national, regional, occasion-based, and loyalty channels
- Support the setup and management of offer campaigns within our offer management, loyalty and marketing automation platforms
- Design and test data-driven offer frameworks that drive incremental traffic and revenue
- Establish governance, measurement standards, and guardrails to protect margin as owned channels scale
- Analyze offer campaign data and provide detailed redemption reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Excel
- Familiarity with CDPs (Customer Data Platforms) and marketing automation platforms preferred
- Familiarity with offer management tools preferred
