About the role
- Support the Communications team in elevating awareness and coverage for new Shack openings
- Assist in building press strategies, releases and media lists for upcoming NSOs
- Track and recap media coverage for all NSOs as well as larger campaigns
- Monitor daily media coverage across QSR, fast casual, and local markets
- Track competitor activity and identify whitespace opportunities for Shake Shack storytelling
- Develop weekly or bi-weekly trend reports highlighting emerging food, culture, and brand narratives
Requirements
- Rising college juniors and seniors
- Interest in PR and Communications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to track and analyze media coverage
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends
