Own weekly and monthly Shack performance reporting shared with Operations
Partner cross-functionally with Ops leadership on reporting to ensure alignment with current field initiatives
Analyze Shack-level financial results, identify drivers, and communicate variances to business partners
Serve as one of the main points of contact for field questions related to their Shacks financial performance
Support the annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and reporting processes for Pre-Opening Expense

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or another relevant field
1-2 years of related experience in finance, banking, accounting, or another relevant field
Restaurant/QSR experience or demonstrated understanding of restaurant KPIs and P&L mechanics
Strong Excel skills for building models, dashboards, and repeatable reporting outputs
Working knowledge of SQL and/or a data tool (Python, Alteryx, Tableau)
Highly detail-oriented, well organized, and able to handle recurring deadlines in conjunction with ad-hoc requests
