About the role

  • Build cross-platform social strategies and run content calendars aligned to company objectives across 14+ brands.
  • Produce AI-enhanced creative: captions, short-form video, visuals and repurposed long-form content.
  • Manage community engagement, DMs/comments and private groups; escalate support to CX as needed.
  • Deliver analytics, reporting and optimization recommendations using AI dashboards and connected analytics.
  • Design toolkits for influencers/ambassadors and coordinate influencer/affiliate campaigns.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years’ experience managing social media for brands, with demonstrable growth and engagement outcomes.
  • Deep familiarity with AI content tools, social scheduling platforms, and analytics dashboards.
  • Strong written communication in English and proven community management experience.
  • Experience producing & editing short-form video and repurposing long-form content.
  • Proven experience coordinating multiple brands at once.
  • Branding, marketing, CRM (GoHighLevel) and sales funnel experience.
  • Background in health, wellbeing or education content and community programs.
