• Multi‑brand theming (white‑label support) – Use Figma variables and tokens to support theme variations so that multiple brands can share a common design foundation. Modern workflows bridge design and engineering by exporting tokens to JSON and supporting multi‑brand theming.
• Glassmorphic and advanced UI techniques – Demonstrate expertise in glassmorphism visual design style. You’ll leverage opacity, blur and gradients to build modern, elegant UIs while maintaining accessibility.
• Gamification and user engagement – Design reward systems, progress bars, checklists and other game‑like elements to increase engagement and retention.
• Cross‑platform design – Ensure pixel‑perfect, responsive UI for mobile, tablet and desktop are delivered. Maintain parity across form factors and ensure all experiences meet accessibility standards.
