About the role
- Edit fast-paced, thumb-stopping TikToks and Reels for major brands and creators
- Apply viral editing principles: strong hooks, meme integration, visual storytelling, retention tricks
- Work with our creative team on concepts, pacing, storytelling angles, and punchlines
- Adapt footage across platforms, repurpose content, and keep things fresh
- Push boundaries — with style, sound, timing, and ideas
Requirements
- A portfolio that *slaps* — we want to see edits that made people stop scrolling
- Fluency in the language of TikTok, IG Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Comfort working with raw footage and building from scratch
- Skills in Adobe Premiere, CapCut, After Effects, or similar — whatever makes you fast and deadly
- Speed, reliability, and a creative POV
- Bonus points if you’ve worked with creator-led brands or influencer content
