About the role

  • Acquire new customers and expand business relationships with assigned existing clients in the Berlin/Brandenburg/Mecklenburg-Vorpommern region
  • Responsible for the end-to-end sales process — from lead handling, proposal preparation and follow-up to handing over orders to Customer Service
  • Maintain long-term customer relationships through regular contact and comprehensive sales support
  • Active participation in trade fairs and conferences
  • Document activities in Salesforce (CRM)

Requirements

  • Relevant professional experience in service sales, preferably in environmental services, waste management, recycling/recovery, or soil protection
  • Very good German and good English skills, and willingness to undertake multi-day business trips
  • Category B driving license (car) and residence within the sales territory
