About the role

  • Administer, implement, and optimize infrastructure environments, ensuring availability, performance, and security;
  • Support clients in the evolution of their technology environments;
  • Implement and manage Linux operating systems (SUSE, RHEL, Oracle Linux);
  • Manage server virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter and Microsoft Hyper‑V);
  • Implement, operate, and maintain storage systems (block/file/object) and SAN (zoning, LUNs, multipath);
  • Manage server and storage infrastructure capacity;
  • Automate tasks with Shell scripting and, preferably, Ansible and Terraform;
  • Plan, implement, and sustain infrastructure solutions (on‑prem and hybrid);
  • Create and maintain technical documentation (diagrams, procedures, runbooks);
  • Participate in resolution of critical incidents and conduct RCA (Root Cause Analysis);
  • Perform performance routines and integrity checks;
  • Handle incident queues and service requests;
  • Implement improvements to server infrastructure;
  • Manage containers on OpenShift and AKS;
  • Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams.

Requirements

  • Solid experience administering Linux in production environments;
  • Advanced English (able to conduct technical calls and interpret complex documentation);
  • Hands-on experience with Linux clusters (e.g., Pacemaker);
  • Strong expertise in VMware vSphere/ESXi/vCenter (HA, DRS, vMotion, storage integrations);
  • Experience with Microsoft Hyper‑V (failover cluster, Live Migration, VMM);
  • Enterprise-grade storage systems (NetApp/DELL/Pure/IBM/etc.) and SAN (FC/iSCSI, zoning, LUNs, multipath);
  • Experience in project implementation and ongoing support (operate 24x7 via rotation/on‑call when applicable);
  • Solid knowledge of core infrastructure (VLAN, DNS, NTP, DHCP);
  • Experience developing scripts (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, etc.);
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices (Incident, Problem, Change).
