About the role

  • Own demand generation strategy and execution, driving pipeline volume, quality and conversion against defined targets
  • Take accountability for delivering against pipeline targets, not just campaign performance
  • Work closely with Sales, sharing ownership of pipeline and revenue outcomes
  • Use CRM and marketing data (e.g. HubSpot) to track performance, optimise campaigns and improve conversion
  • Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team, building a culture focused on delivery and results
  • Act as a trusted deputy to the Director of Marketing, taking ownership of key initiatives

Requirements

  • Experience leading and developing high-performing marketing teams
  • Proven experience in a B2B SaaS environment, owning demand generation and pipeline targets
  • Strong track record of delivering against pipeline or revenue targets
  • Experience running multi-channel campaigns across paid, email, content and/or ABM
  • Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to optimise marketing investment against pipeline and revenue outcomes
  • Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot) to manage pipeline and performance
  • All candidates must be able to demonstrate a pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK. We are unfortunately not able to offer sponsorship. Documentary evidence will be required.
