Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
- Public company mastery: Minimum 5 years as CFO or senior finance executive at a publicly traded company
- Capital markets expertise: Led or co-led successful capital raises exceeding $500M
- M&A transaction experience: Evaluated and executed strategic acquisitions
- FinTech or financial services depth
- AI/ML strategic fluency
- High-growth scaling: Track record building finance teams from 15 to 50+ professionals
