Bookkeeper

• As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for the general expenses scope (invoices, vendors, payments, tracking).
• The role path also includes developing skills in insurance: understanding its mechanisms and gradually contributing to accounting for the business side.
• Manage accounts payable: complete, verify and validate invoices (supported by automatic pre-recording).
• Review expense reports and ensure the compliance of supporting documents.
• Post and verify payroll entries.
• Ensure proper integration of general expenses into accounting and reporting tools.
• Manage FNP (Factures Non Parvenues / invoices not yet received) campaigns with internal teams.
• Prepare tax and social filings (VAT, e-invoicing, DAS2, etc.).
• Be the treasury reference: monitor cash flows and ensure the reliability of bank data.
• Perform account reconciliations and track payments.
• Produce and analyze the payments dashboard, and recommend areas for improvement.
• Contribute to closing activities (monthly/quarterly according to the calendar) and to the preparation of financial statements.
• Participate in account reviews and justifications; prepare items for annual filings.
• Take part in projects to evolve the accounting scope (processes, tools, continuous improvement).

• Draft and review complex contracts (group insurance, insurer-on-behalf arrangements, delegated authority agreements)
• Establish and maintain template agreements and contractual documentation
• Advise Seyna teams on all insurance law matters (new products, clauses, interpretations, compliance)
• Actively participate in negotiations with our strategic partners
• Structure and manage compliance processes (DDA, fraud, GDPR, Sapin II, etc.)
• Ensure rigorous legal monitoring in insurance law and contract law
• Provide expertise on high-stakes strategic files and anticipate complex risks
• Supervise, in the medium term, a junior/mid-level lawyer and develop the team’s expertise
• Contribute to business impact by translating legal issues into concrete solutions for brokers and Seyna

• Understand user needs (internal & external) through interviews, data and field feedback.
• Challenge incoming requests and prioritize problems with the highest business impact.
• Design relevant product solutions and write clear, actionable specifications.
• Work closely with Design & Engineering to deliver high-quality features into production.
• Define and track product KPIs to measure real impact on Seyna’s objectives.
• Continuously iterate to improve performance, adoption and user satisfaction.
• Own the product vision and align cross-functional teams around the roadmap.
• Enable Sales & Marketing to understand, position and sell the product effectively.

• Implement the most complex parts of your squad's roadmap, maintaining high standards for quality (code, tests, documentation).
• Challenge product specs to maximize business impact and reduce unnecessary complexity.

• Maintain a broad view of the Seyna ecosystem (frontend, backend, infrastructure, DevOps, data).
