Data Scientist

• Industrialization of the integration system: Lead the full migration to the Seyna application, eliminate ad-hoc manual steps, and ensure end-to-end operational scalability.
• Quality & speed standards: Define and maintain standards for bordereaux integration (data correction, writing acceptance tests), explicitly arbitrating trade-offs between quality and deadlines.
• Team management: Structure and lead a team of 3 Data Integration Managers — run operational rituals, allocate scopes, coach and upskill team members.
• Relationship with Tech: Manage the relationship with Tech teams to prioritize Seyna application enhancements and prevent reverting to ad-hoc solutions.
• Business continuity: Ensure continuity across each portfolio by enforcing documentation as a non-negotiable standard and anticipating critical dependencies.
• Service relationships: Structure the relationship with consumer teams (Actuarial, Accounting, Portfolio Owners, Client Performance) to align data with real business needs.
• Cross-functional projects: Lead cross-functional initiatives with other teams (CSM, Legal, Tech...) and continuously arbitrate between speed, quality, workload and business expectations in a high-pressure operational environment!

Manager – Data Integration

Risk

• Ensure the proper functioning of the risk management system and produce reporting
• Update the risk management policy and assess the impact of risk mitigation measures (DMR)
• Perform the key Risk function and oversee internal control
• Be responsible for the production of Solvency II submissions and the calculation of the solvency ratio
• Serve as the primary contact with the ACPR
• Chair the qualification board and the Risk Committee
• Support the Revenue and Client Performance teams on risk appetite

Accounting Manager

• Ensure Seyna's financial integrity: you will be the guarantor of the reliability of the accounts, the accuracy of period closes and the robustness of accounting processes — no surprises, no last‑minute restatements.
• Master insurance accounting in all its complexity: technical provisions, reinsurance treaties, insurer‑specific balance‑sheet mechanisms — you will be the go‑to expert on these topics within Seyna.
• Industrialize and automate the accounting function: you will build and continuously improve accounting tools and processes, minimize critical manual operations and shorten closing cycles.
• Oversee cash management: broker and reinsurer collections, payment terms, dunning, and the consistency between bordereaux and the income statement — you will ensure there is never unanticipated cash pressure.
• Drive tax compliance: filings, optimization within the legal framework, and managing relations with the tax authorities.
• Prepare Seyna for due diligences: you will ensure the accounting department can produce at any time complete, coherent and high‑quality financial documentation for investors, auditors and the regulator (ACPR).
• Manage and develop the accounting team: you will lead the team, support their skills development and take an active role in hiring.
