About the role

  • Reviewing and defining customer requirements for worldwide service assignments
  • Preparing and tracking quotations for service assignments, including spare parts provisioning
  • Coordinating assignments, clarifying orders, and procuring necessary resources and materials
  • Commercial and technical order processing for service assignments in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Completed advanced training as a master craftsman (Meister) or technician with a focus on mechanical engineering, Technical Business Administrator (Technischer Betriebswirt), or an equivalent qualification
  • Several years of experience in a service environment is advantageous, ideally with experience in the electromechanical field
  • Solid knowledge of drive technology
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
