💰 £55,000 - £65,000 per year

About the role

  • Developing and maintaining SAP applications using the ABAP programming language
  • Creating a wide range of RICEF objects such as reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows
  • Designing and building ALV reports, Smart Forms, SAP Script, Adobe Forms, and Module Pool programs
  • Working with data dictionary objects like tables, views, and structures
  • Developing and supporting various system interfaces, including IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, and Proxies
  • Collaborating closely with SAP functional consultants to translate business requirements into reliable technical solutions
  • Implementing system enhancements using user exits, BADIs, and the enhancement framework
  • Supporting testing phases, deployment activities, and providing post–go‑live assistance

Requirements

  • Experience with object-oriented ABAP programming
  • Good understanding of SAP functional modules
  • Knowledge of data migration and integration tools
  • Knowledge on SAP S/4 Hana
  • Experience in debugging and performance tuning
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills
  • Experience with CDS Views, AMDP, ODATA services and RAP programming (Nice to have)
  • Knowledge of Fiori and UI5 development (Nice to have)
