About the role
- Provide direct line management and technical mentorship to your team
- Translate the high-level programme strategy into a detailed, integrated engineering plan
- Manage resources and mitigate technical risks
- Ensure the team's delivery against key targets, tracking progress against technical milestones and budget
- Create an environment where new ideas can thrive
- Guide the team in trialling and embedding new technologies and processes
Requirements
- Proven leader with strong technical expertise and people management skills
- Experience in wastewater networks or related fields such as civil engineering, hydrogeology, or utilities
- Outstanding organisational abilities
- Proactive, solution-focused mindset
- Ability to inspire others and develop talent
