About the role
- Assisting in the effective operation of the Distribution Network, particularly in managing leakage
- Ensuring full compliance with all customer, regulatory, and company standards
- Supporting Water Network Technicians in achieving targeted leakage levels within district metered areas
- Contributing to improving ODI performance and the overall serviceability of the Distribution network
- Assisting in resolving network and customer issues
- Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the effective delivery of operational works
Requirements
- Proven experience of working under pressure in times of high volume work
- Proactively diagnose and solve problems first time
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships
