About the role
- Lead the Operational delivery of Waste Proactive programmes
- Take ownership of task delivery and support a team of Project Engineers
- Drive measurable improvements across Proactive workstreams
- Act as the go-to expert for operational programme delivery, audit & compliance, health & safety
- Build strong relationships across the business and with contractor partners
Requirements
- Deep technical expertise in Waste Networks
- Confident using tools like SAP, Excel, Powerpoint, and GIS platforms
- Comfortable presenting to varied audiences and influencing stakeholders at all levels
- Knowledgeable of commercial contract compliance
- Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in waste water operations including proactive waste approach to programme delivery
- Full UK driving licence
