Recruitment

• Assist in sourcing candidates for Sales Consultant, Beauty Consultant, Frontliners, and other clinic operations roles through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels
• Screen resumes and support the initial candidate selection process based on job requirements
• Coordinate interviews by scheduling with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports accurately
• Support the Talent Acquisition team with activities that boost role progress, especially on-site
• Support on-site recruitment and Scouting Learning Academy activities as needed
