About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in sourcing candidates for Sales Consultant, Beauty Consultant, Frontliners, and other clinic operations roles through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels
Screen resumes and support the initial candidate selection process based on job requirements
Coordinate interviews by scheduling with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports accurately
Support the Talent Acquisition team with activities that boost role progress, especially on-site
Support on-site recruitment and Scouting Learning Academy activities as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Final-year student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Willing to support on-site recruitment and Scouting Learning Academy activities as needed
