- Lead and scale nationwide, multi-site construction programs
- Own P&L, operational performance, and execution strategy
- Build, mentor, and develop high-performing project teams
- Drive consistency through SOPs and operational excellence
- Serve as a trusted leader with clients, partners, and internal executives
- Expand relationships and grow repeat business with national brands
Requirements
- 12-15+ years of general contracting leadership experience
- Proven success leading multi-site rollout programs
- Strong background in estimating, preconstruction, construction, and closeout
- Experience managing dispersed teams and concurrent projects
- Restaurant, retail, grocery, and/or gas/c-store construction experience a plus
- Familiarity with tools like Procore, P6, MS Project, RS Means
- GC licenses (multi-state preferred or ability to obtain)
