About the role
- Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients
- Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the customer experience
- Leverage company expertise to provide strategic recommendations and deliver personalized experiences
- Work closely with business units to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement
- Monitor key performance metrics and drive customer retention and loyalty
- Analyze business needs and design the best solutions within Sestek products
- Support AI Agent design, contributing to chat & voice agent development and AI-driven customer interactions
- Design and optimize customer journeys for AI Agents
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in customer success, user experience, or related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluency in English and Turkish (additional languages are a plus)
- Experience with AI, voice/chatbot solutions is a plus
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills
