Systems Engineer

• Lead the implementation, management, and optimization of our ERP (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) and PLM (e.g., Arena) systems.
• Deep dive into supply chain data to provide high-level insights that drive decision-making.
• Define requirements and design workflows for first-generation products to ensure success as we scale.
• Maintain system hygiene and act as the single source of truth for financial and supply chain metrics.
• Partner with Engineering, Finance, and Operations to ensure system alignment with product design and manufacturing requirements.
