• Manage complex calendars across multiple executives, strategically prioritizing meetings, appointments, and competing demands.
• Anticipate scheduling conflicts and operational challenges, proactively implementing solutions before they impact leadership.
• Serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership, helping maximize efficiency, productivity, and organizational effectiveness.
• Prepare executives for meetings by organizing materials, drafting agendas, conducting research, and ensuring all necessary information is readily available.
• Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling communications with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
• Coordinate detailed domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and contingency planning.
• Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
• Partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to support special projects and operational priorities.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, create efficiencies, and strengthen organizational infrastructure.
