About the role
- Lead and execute People & Culture strategies aligned with company goals.
- Oversee recruiting, onboarding, development, and performance management.
- Build and promote programs that drive engagement, compensation, and recognition.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders while protecting the business and advocating for employees.
- Ensure compliance, manage risk, and standardize HR processes with scalability in mind.
- Lead, develop, and inspire a small HR team and external partners.
Requirements
- 7–10 years progressive HR/People leadership experience.
- Confident, self-assertive decision-maker who owns outcomes.
- Strong attention to detail—someone who doesn’t miss things.
- High sense of urgency with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
- Persuasive and collaborative—able to influence while supporting.
- Comfortable handling tough conversations with fairness and respect.
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) strongly preferred.
