About the role
- Support the generation, qualification and prioritization of sales opportunities, working closely with the sales team.
- Manage and govern the CRM, ensuring data quality, consistency and up-to-date information in the sales funnel.
- Monitor the commercial pipeline, ensuring visibility, organization and predictability of opportunities.
- Build and maintain commercial reports and dashboards, supporting leadership in decision-making.
- Perform commercial data analyses, identifying patterns, bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
- Support the sales team in organizing and enforcing the sales process, ensuring adherence to stages and best practices.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to align efforts and improve demand generation.
- Assist in defining and tracking commercial indicators (KPIs).
- Identify inconsistencies or gaps in data and drive continuous improvement of the database and processes.
- Support leadership with analyses and strategic materials, contributing to the evolution of the commercial operation.
Requirements
- Experience or interest in sales operations, CRM, data or lead/opportunity generation.
- Knowledge of sales processes and the sales funnel.
- Analytical profile, organized and detail-oriented.
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with different teams.
- Familiarity with CRM usage.
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, Information Technology or related fields.
- Nice to have
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar).
- Excel skills (data analysis, pivot tables).
- Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Looker or similar).
- Previous experience in inside sales, pre-sales or commercial roles.
- Interest in process structuring and continuous improvement.
