About the role

  • Support the generation, qualification and prioritization of sales opportunities, working closely with the sales team.
  • Manage and govern the CRM, ensuring data quality, consistency and up-to-date information in the sales funnel.
  • Monitor the commercial pipeline, ensuring visibility, organization and predictability of opportunities.
  • Build and maintain commercial reports and dashboards, supporting leadership in decision-making.
  • Perform commercial data analyses, identifying patterns, bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the sales team in organizing and enforcing the sales process, ensuring adherence to stages and best practices.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to align efforts and improve demand generation.
  • Assist in defining and tracking commercial indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify inconsistencies or gaps in data and drive continuous improvement of the database and processes.
  • Support leadership with analyses and strategic materials, contributing to the evolution of the commercial operation.

Requirements

  • Experience or interest in sales operations, CRM, data or lead/opportunity generation.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and the sales funnel.
  • Analytical profile, organized and detail-oriented.
  • Good communication skills and ability to interact with different teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM usage.
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, Information Technology or related fields.
  • Nice to have
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar).
  • Excel skills (data analysis, pivot tables).
  • Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Looker or similar).
  • Previous experience in inside sales, pre-sales or commercial roles.
  • Interest in process structuring and continuous improvement.
