About the role
- Identify and map public agencies with potential to procure technology solutions, considering the Executive, Legislative and Judicial branches at the Federal, State and Municipal levels.
- Actively prospect new contacts within public agencies via phone, email, networking and professional platforms.
- Map organizational structures of public agencies, identifying areas responsible for technology, management and procurement processes.
- Monitor official portals, Official Gazettes and the National Public Procurement Portal (PNCP) to identify opportunities related to the company's portfolio.
- Conduct initial outreach and discovery meetings to gather information about projects, technology needs and potential procurement timelines.
- Record and update all interactions and strategic information in the CRM, ensuring organization and traceability of opportunities.
- Qualify identified opportunities and forward them to the Account Executives responsible for leading subsequent commercial steps.
- Support the commercial team with market information, organizational charts and relevant data about the mapped public agencies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Sales Management, Information Technology, Engineering or related fields.
- Previous experience in commercial prospecting, business development or opportunity generation (BDR, SDR or similar roles).
- Basic knowledge of how the Brazilian public administration operates and its procurement processes.
- Experience using a CRM to record and track commercial opportunities.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience working in Information Technology companies.
- Knowledge of Law No. 14.133/2021 and public procurement procedures.
- Experience monitoring opportunities on public procurement portals or market intelligence platforms.
- Prior experience in working with public agencies.
