About the role
- Consulting on the design, implementation and optimization of ITSM and ESM processes according to ITIL® and other best practices, and executing ITSM and ESM projects
- Tool advisory and integration: supporting the selection, implementation and optimization of service management platforms
- Designing service-oriented structures in IT and other business functions (e.g., HR, Finance, Facility Management)
- Knowledge transfer: delivering trainings, workshops and coaching
- Strategic support for transformation processes
- Close collaboration with stakeholders at all levels
- Active knowledge sharing with colleagues and continuous professional development
Requirements
- Solid professional experience in consulting within IT Service Management and/or Enterprise Service Management
- Knowledge of ITIL® (ideally certified) and, preferably, other frameworks such as Scrum, DevOps, PRINCE2®, etc.
- Ability to quickly understand client needs and develop tailored solutions
- Confident presence and strong communication skills at all levels
- Experience conducting workshops, trainings or presentations
- Very good German and English skills
- Willingness to travel within Germany
