About the role

  • Sell Aspire’s product and services to prospective customers.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Manage and maintain sales pipeline through forecasting, resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.
  • Ensure all prospect interactions and meetings are accurately and consistently recorded in our CRM.
  • Develop, present, and sell the company’s value proposition to prospective customers.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close the sale.
  • Maintain consistent and prompt response time with all clients.
  • Prospect and penetrate key accounts, meet and develop business relationships with stakeholders.
  • Occasionally, attend an industry-specific tradeshows to generate leads.
  • Travel into market when needed to close business.
  • Maintain an accurate forecast and related prospect information in our CRM.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years experience developing relationships and closing business with B2B clients
  • Successful sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment with experience with top performance and over achievement against quota is preferred
  • Possess a solid understanding of sales automation tools to build pipelines at scale is highly important.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Passion for the Landscape or Trades Industry
