Create, articulate, evangelize, champion, and execute the vision for Identity and User Management.
Own the product roadmap for strategic IAM-focused initiatives, from concept to launch, ensuring solutions meet both security and usability needs.
Define product requirements for core identity capabilities, including authentication, authorization, access governance, and identity lifecycle management.
Lead the product development lifecycle from market research through discovery, design, validation, requirements, grooming, planning, development, delivery, and go-to-market.
Collaborate closely with engineering, security, and UX to design and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
Communicate and mitigate risks effectively to ensure successful objective attainment.

Requirements

5+ years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a product management role preferably in B2B SaaS.
Proven experience integrating IAM solutions with complex, distributed systems and/or cybersecurity and anomaly detection.
Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, access governance, segregation of duties, recertification, and privileged identity management concepts.
Familiar with standards and tools such as SCIM, OpenID Connect, SAML, Azure, and have knowledge of main Identity Providers (Okta, Entra ID, etc.).
Strong EQ to empathize with stakeholders and balance several perspectives, ultimately creating support and alignment around your decisions.
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA or technical MS) a plus.
