About the role

  • Primary responsibility is to optimize outcomes of contract renewals and expand revenue via core platform expansions and adoption of Aspire’s Pro Product modules within your designated book of Strategic Accounts
  • Become an expert on the value proposition of Aspire’s core platform, Pro Products, and ancillary services
  • Build honest relationships and genuine partnership with existing Strategic Accounts
  • Work often with critical business partners across Finance, Customer Success, Implementation, Operations, etc. to collaborate on and drive maximum value creation for Aspire’s largest clients
  • Work closely and collaboratively with Sales Engineers on complex requirements and integrations
  • Develop whitespace analysis and strategic account plans to identify and target growth opportunities within your designated book of Strategic Accounts
  • Track all activity in Salesforce and forecast business to Sales leadership

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience building & maintaining executive relationships, identifying and closing upsell & expansion opportunities, and negotiating complex, million dollar+ contract renewals with high-quality Enterprise clients
  • Successful sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment with a proven track record of top performance and over achievement against quota
  • A professional, value-driven, and highly-creative approach to strategic sales that optimizes across a multitude of negotiating levers
  • The ability to balance strategic, long-term account plans with monthly, quarterly, and annual quota targets
  • Exceptional executive presence, including the ability to connect with diverse audiences and inspire action
  • Strong relationship-building and excellent written & verbal communications skills, fostering collaboration and trust with clients, team members, and key internal stakeholders
  • Proven ability to build rapport, take initiative, and collaborate with individuals from various departments to drive desired results
  • Passion for the landscaping or trades industry
  • Ability to travel 15% - 20% of the time, regionally and nationally
  • Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
