About the role
- Monitor market capacity and availability to support company volume of work assignments
- Strategically recruit new vendors to support daily capacity and availability goals
- Oversight of select group of vendors within specified region
- Conduct regular coaching and counseling to vendors to ensure they are meeting ServiceLink standards
- Open order management of again orders open for specified markets and vendors as assigned
- Management of performance standards of vendors using scorecards for quality and turn around
- Point of escalation for Vendors
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Strong ability to build consensus and influence others.
- Effective in a fast paced environment, enjoys working in teams, and is self-motivated.
- Ability to work on/manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Ability to identify and resolve problems, and analyze data and issues.
