Customer Support

• As Customer Support Manager you will support us in the daily business with quitt and, in the longer term, also with quitt Business, and act as the company's public face and first point of contact.
• The tasks of your future team include: general customer support via phone, email and chat in German, English and French, and possibly Italian.
• Ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
• Various administrative tasks.
• Supporting other team members.
• Ensuring ongoing process optimization.
