About the role
- Provide multi-channel customer support via email, chat, and phone
- Troubleshoot product issues using Zendesk and Jira
- Own customer issues end-to-end
- Document and categorize issues accurately
- Collaborate closely with teammates and cross-functional partners
- Build strong product knowledge to guide customers confidently
- Represent the customer’s perspective internally
