About the role

  • Provide multi-channel customer support via email, chat, and phone
  • Troubleshoot product issues using Zendesk and Jira
  • Own customer issues end-to-end
  • Document and categorize issues accurately
  • Collaborate closely with teammates and cross-functional partners
  • Build strong product knowledge to guide customers confidently
  • Represent the customer’s perspective internally
