Senior Software Engineer – Full Stack

Program Manager

• Own enterprise customer implementations end-to-end, from contract handoff through go-live and stabilization
• Lead implementation kickoff to clearly define, align on, and document project scope, assumptions, dependencies, and success criteria
• Act as the primary implementation owner for enterprise engagements, accountable for scope, timeline, and delivery outcomes
• Develop and maintain enterprise-level project plans, milestones, and governance structures, to ensure all stakeholders share a consistent understanding of responsibilities, timelines, and success criteria

• Own escalated technical issues once they exceed frontline or Tier 2 troubleshooting.
• Reproduce and validate bugs across production, staging, or test environments.
• Determine whether issues are product defects, data inconsistencies, configuration problems, or expected behavior.
• Query databases and review logs to understand system state and failure modes.

Customer Success Engineer

• Own the Employee Lifecycle Logistics (Onboarding & Offboarding)
• Manage the end-to-end logistics for new hires, including drafting offer letters, running background checks (Checkr), coordinating equipment with IT, and ensuring the "Welcome Kit" and swag are ready on Day 1.
• administer the offboarding checklist, process separation paperwork, and coordinate asset recovery, ensuring a compliant and respectful exit experience.
• Maintain impeccable data accuracy within our HR tech stack (BambooHR as our source of truth, plus Lattice for performance).
• Process employee changes (promotions, manager changes, compensation updates) and ensure all digital files are compliant and up to date.
• Serve as the first point of contact (Tier 1 support) for general employee questions regarding benefits, time off, and policies.
• Manage the internal knowledge base/resource hub, ensuring employees can "self-serve" answers to common questions.

• Develop and execute sales plans to expand business within your accounts.
• You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle for plan shifts, selling new products, additional users, new location expansion and renewals.
• Own the commercial relationship with customers to strengthen the partnership and uncover new revenue streams.
• Proactively hunt for expansion opportunities within your accounts through regular client outreach, business reviews, and understanding the evolving needs and challenges (i.e., mergers, acquisitions, organic growth).
• Maintain all account, contact, and opportunity information in our CRM to ensure an accurate sales forecast and a clear view of all activities.
