Senior Software Engineer – Mobile

• Architect features and systems end-to-end — from data model through API through UI — and own the implementation quality across your pod.
• Define and champion the testing strategy for your team: what to test, how to test it, and how to keep the suite maintainable over time.
• Identify and address technical debt proactively — propose the tradeoffs clearly, get alignment, and execute.
• Mentor SE1s and SE2s through code review, pairing, and direct feedback; raise the technical bar of your team without being a bottleneck.
• Participate in customer discovery with Product to ensure your technical decisions are solving real problems, not imagined ones.
• Lead AI-assisted development practices on your team — using tools like Cursor, Copilot, and agentic workflows to increase throughput and help your teammates do the same.

Senior Software Engineer – ServiceCore

• Own the architecture and implementation quality of ServiceCore’s mobile application — from offline-first data handling through device performance through UI responsiveness.
• Set the testing strategy for mobile: device coverage, integration points with the API, and how to keep the suite maintainable as the app grows.
• Drive mobile-specific technical debt reduction — identify what’s slowing the team down, make the case, and lead the fix.
• Mentor SE1s and SE2s on your pod through code review, pairing, and direct feedback; you raise the team’s mobile capability, not just your own.
• Partner with Product and Design on UX decisions that have technical implications — you’re an active voice in what gets built and how, not just an implementer.
• Lead AI-assisted development on your team using tools like Cursor, Copilot, and agentic workflows to increase throughput and help your teammates do the same.

• Design and Build AI-powered GTM systems
• Shape how AI shows up in the sales and demand generation motion.
• Roll out and drive adoption through tools that reduce manual work and sharpen rep efficiency.
• Use Gong intelligence, Clay enrichment, Claude, and AI-driven workflows to automate repetitive work and improve outreach quality and timing.
• Build reusable AI workflows and agents that allow the team to self-serve on pipeline reporting, deal review prep, forecasting, and SDR outreach without manual effort
• Apply LLM capabilities, prompt orchestration, and agentic frameworks to reduce repetitive work and surface stronger signals for reps and leadership
• Own the GTM tech integrations
• Build and evolve integrations across our core GTM stack: Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Clay, Chili Piper, and HubSpot
• Design enrichment pipelines and data flows that feed GTM systems with the right context at the right time
• Set standards for how automations connect to our systems and evolve them as our AI footprint grows
• Partner with the GTM team to prioritize and deliver
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and CX to scope and prioritize what gets built, ensure alignment, and drive adoption
• Bring technical judgment to tool and framework evaluations
• Maintain process documentation, playbooks, and SOPs so new reps ramp faster and the team scales without losing consistency.
• Stay current on emerging AI models, automation tooling, and orchestration platforms, and bring the best ideas back to the team.
