Sales Operations Manager

• Lead AI-powered sales execution
• Shape how AI shows up in the sales motion.
• Evaluate, recommend, roll out, and drive adoption through tools that reduce manual work, sharpen rep efficiency, and surface stronger signals.
• Own the sales tech stack and data foundation.
• Maintain and evolve our core sales systems, including Salesforce, Gong, and Clay.
• Decide how they're configured, how they connect, and how they grow with the business.

Senior Sales Operations Analyst

Full-stack Engineer

• Lead, manage, and grow two cross-functional teams (typically 2–3 engineers each) through 1:1s, continuous feedback, and structured performance management — including hiring, managing gaps, and career development
• Own delivery outcomes across both teams: partner with Product and Design from discovery through rollout, negotiate scope, and course-correct quickly when problems surface
• Provide architectural guidance across the full stack, ensuring cross-team technical consistency and that AI-assisted development doesn’t introduce drift or compounding shortcuts
• Coach engineers at all levels on AI-native workflows — agentic tooling, prompt engineering, and self-unblocking — and use that knowledge yourself to accurately estimate complexity and set expectations
• Track and communicate team-level quality and velocity metrics up and down the management chain, demonstrating measurable improvement over time

Engineering Team Lead

Data Analyst

• Directly build, test & maintain reporting and dashboard offerings for our customers (using Sigma and Snowflake plus AI automation to increase velocity)
• You'll help define what AI-assisted and AI-native data products look like for our customers: think predictive operational insights or AI-generated narrative summaries layered on top of reporting.
• You'll be part of shaping what's next — not just maintaining what's already been built.
• Create reports that are accurate, effective, and also aesthetically pleasing
• Work closely with customers to analyze data and ask questions about the product's performance and the business itself
• Work closely with Product Management and UI/UX to style and evolve the presentation of data reports and dashboards
• Actively identify up-sell opportunities with customers when premium or custom reports are applicable, or when Data Sharing via Snowflake, or API access is a value-add
• Coordinate and communicate effectively across engineering, customer support and product teams
• This role will also be part of future growth on this team, which may include being involved in the recruiting and interviewing process to keep and set the bar high for talent
