About the role
- Responsible for managing and transitioning individuals who receive Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) into subsidized internships and ultimately unsubsidized paid employment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field
- At least one year of social services work experience
- Have a clear criminal history and pass a background check
- Currently have or within 30 days of being hired CPR/First Aid license (paid by SA)
- Current driver license, car, and car insurance
- Experience working with diverse populations in a case management setting is preferred.
- Experience facilitating small groups/classes
- High-level customer service experience
- Strong personal/professional boundaries
- High-level communication, prioritization, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently
