Service Alternatives

Community Manager

• Work on service goals with and for at risk or displaced youth up to 17 years old
• Act as a liaison between foster parents, staff, and the community team
• Provide a safe environment with working on implementing behavioral and permanency goals
• Coordinate schedules, lead and train other staff, provide crisis support, and perform administrative tasks
• Work directly with youth in the office and in community settings up to 75 miles away
