About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work on service goals with and for at risk or displaced youth up to 17 years old
- Act as a liaison between foster parents, staff, and the community team
- Provide a safe environment with working on implementing behavioral and permanency goals
- Coordinate schedules, lead and train other staff, provide crisis support, and perform administrative tasks
- Work directly with youth in the office and in community settings up to 75 miles away
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years experience working directly with youth (OR 2 years of social services education)
- Have a clear criminal history and pass a background check
- Currently have or within 30 days of being hired CPR/First Aid license (paid by SA)
- Current driver license, car, and car insurance
- TB Test: Within 7 days of first day of employment, or prior to working on site (whichever comes first) (Paid by SA)
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
