About the role
- Take full ownership of Foothills Painting’s marketing across channels
- Manage and optimize performance with disciplined testing and decision-making
- Build the systems and playbooks for the entire marketing department
- Partner with Sales to improve close rate, lead quality, and speed-to-contact
- Coordinate with Operations to manage capacity versus demand
- Launch and optimize campaigns, build landing pages, write ad copy, and structure offers
- Manage vendors as needed
Requirements
- Scaled a company from $10M to $25M+
- Owned revenue growth for a multi-location service business
- Managed significant paid media budget directly
- Worked cross-functionally with Sales and Operations
- Built systems from fragmented or founder-led marketing
- Experience in home services (HVAC, roofing, restoration, plumbing, solar, landscaping) (strongly preferred)
- Experience in a multi-location franchise or local service-based business model (strongly preferred)
- Salesforce CRM familiarity (preferred)
