About the role
- Draft complex pleadings and filings for strategic cases
- Monitor court proceedings, prepare procedural documents, and present oral arguments
- Develop technical legal opinions on significant legal issues
- Represent the company at hearings, trials and judicial negotiations
- Perform risk analyses and propose solutions to prevent litigation
Requirements
- Law degree with active registration at the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
- Proven experience in Civil Litigation
- Solid knowledge of civil law and civil procedure
- Strong drafting skills for pleadings and legal opinions
- Excellent communication and advocacy skills
- Organized, proactive, and committed to meeting deadlines and delivering results
