About the role
- Reading publications and court notifications;
- Drafting and reviewing pleadings and legal documents;
- Preparing legal opinions and analyses;
- Reviewing and updating case-management systems;
- Meetings with clients;
- Preparing reports;
- Tracking incoming and closed cases.
Requirements
- Law degree (complete higher education in Law); postgraduate specialization in the field preferred.
- Active registration with the São Paulo Bar Association (OAB/SP).
- Experience in Banking Law and Consumer Law.
- Agility and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively with high volumes and urgent deadlines.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Regular attendance and reliability.
- Productivity and autonomy, with ability to work in a team.
