About the role
- Defend the interests of Ipiranga and group companies, integrating a team with direct and strategic involvement in legal and tax consultancy and litigation.
- Direct (non-outsourced) involvement in tax proceedings — administrative and judicial — with emphasis on indirect taxes and taxes applicable to import and export operations.
- Provide internal legal advisory related to Ipiranga (fuels) and other group companies such as ICONIC (lubricants), AMPM (retail), among others.
- Develop tax planning.
- Provide technical guidance to professionals and interns.
- Develop legal and tax strategies in response to the implementation of the consumption tax reform.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in legal-tax practice (in-house and/or law firms), preferably with litigation (case handling).
- Soft skills: Cooperation, teamwork, task management, technical guidance.
- Technical skills: Law degree; specialization in Tax Law is desirable.
- Education: Degree in Law; specialization in Tax Law is desirable.
- Languages: English is desirable.
