About the role
- Drafting legal pleadings and court submissions
- Preparation of fee/payment forms and review of appellate filing requirements
- Analysis of court rulings and decisions
- Use of electronic case management systems (PJe, PROJUDI, e-SAJ, etc.)
- Administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Law degree (LL.B. or equivalent)
- Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
- Prior experience in banking litigation, especially in enforcement/execution proceedings and drafting pleadings
- Strong legal writing skills, organization, and attention to detail
- Experience in a law firm serving banking clients
- Proficiency in legal case management systems and Microsoft Office suite
