About the role
- Drafting procedural pleadings and court filings;
- Drafting legal opinions;
- Preparing and reviewing case-related calculations;
- Reviewing and monitoring judicial asset freezes/attachments;
- Handling administrative tasks;
- Use of electronic legal systems (E-SAJ, PJe, PROJUDI, etc.)
Requirements
- Law degree (LL.B. or equivalent)
- Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
- Previous experience in banking litigation, especially in enforcement/execution proceedings and drafting pleadings
- Strong legal writing skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail
- Experience in a law firm with a portfolio of banking clients
- Proficiency with legal electronic systems and the Microsoft Office suite
