About the role
- Accurately calculate procedural deadlines and monitor their timely compliance;
- Draft various litigation documents with technical quality and strong legal argumentation;
- Interpret court decisions, especially adverse judgments, with attention to detail and understanding of their procedural impact;
- Prepare calculations to quantify and settle court-ordered awards.
Requirements
- Completed law degree;
- Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB);
- Previous experience in banking litigation, especially in enforcement/execution proceedings and drafting pleadings;
- Strong legal writing skills, organization, and attention to detail;
- Experience in a law firm servicing banking clients;
- Proficiency in legal case management systems and the Microsoft Office suite.
