Perform the role Scrum Master and Project Manager in the Application Development Team practicing Hybrid methodology combining PMI and Agile/Scrum
Responsible for enterprise architecture, development, system testing, analysis, and maintenance of systems focused on finance, budget, data collection and reporting
Lead and coach a project team on a hybrid project methodology to deliver products and services for external (state schools and districts) and internal customers
Facilitate execution and delivery of software releases using the Hybrid framework, including Project Charters, Stakeholder Analysis, Risk Assessment, Estimation, sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, sprint retrospectives and close out deliverables
Work with project teams and internal/external stakeholders to influence and drive decision making and resolve team impediments
Maintain a healthy product backlog, plan releases, and document system dependencies
Serve as liaison between IT teams, management, business units within client and external vendors to identify and analyze opportunities for improving processes and business systems
Help facilitate quality assurance tasks, UAT efforts and provide product customer support when needed
Work under the general supervision of the Applications Development Team manager and collaborate to accomplish project objectives
Requirements
Minimum 2-5 years’ experience using Agile/Scrum Development Methodology with CSM Certifications
Minimum 2-5 years’ experience with PMI’s Project Management deliverables
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrates experience facilitating meetings and an understanding of facilitation techniques
Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently within established guidelines
Process a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies
Experience writing user stories with clearly defined acceptance criteria
Ability to facilitate UAT efforts
Experience at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospectives, and other scrum techniques
Experience in creating documentation such as project charter, risk analysis, stakeholder analysis and engagement, decision logs, project estimation and timelines, project status reports, road maps, project close out reports
Experienced in leading CRM-focused projects, overseeing end-to-end implementation, optimization, and integration of CRM platforms to support business objectives
Skilled in managing stakeholder expectations, coordinating cross-functional teams, and leveraging CRM insights to inform strategy and improve customer experience
Ability to grasp technical concepts and communicate to developers in a .NET based development environment
Experience using Microsoft Azure DevOps, or equivalent software, to manage user stories and sprint backlogs
Proficiency with leading CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365) including configuration, data structures, workflows, and integrations
Preferred: Experience working with education software systems at school, district, or state levels
Preferred: Knowledge of data warehousing and reporting
Preferred: Proficient in using Asana and Azure DevOps Boards to manage project timelines, assign and track tasks, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
