• Monitor and ensure operational efficiency across all funeral homes in the region
• Conduct regular review meetings with local operators and team leaders

• Implement technology solutions to optimize workflows
• Promote best-practice sharing between locations
• Business development: organic growth and M&A
• Manage the integration process following acquisitions (personnel, real estate, processes)
