Solutions Engineer

• Serve as the bridge between the company's AI robotics technology and customer needs, designing and presenting tailored solutions
• Design and present tailor-made system concepts based on customer requirements
• Translate technical requirements into customer-oriented solutions and support sales teams in solution design
• Present solution designs in sales calls and collaborate on improvements and modifications
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery on time and within budget
• Generate user manuals, preventative maintenance guides, spare parts lists, and deliver customer training
• Identify new market opportunities, trends, and feedback to inform product and solution roadmap
• Travel to customer sites to gather requirements, conduct assessments, and provide on-site solution support
