Field Engineer

• Lead the installation and commissioning of robotic systems at customer facilities.
• Coordinate deployments with internal engineering teams, contractors, and customer personnel.
• Plan installation workflows and ensure deployments are executed safely and efficiently.
• Serve as the primary technical contact during on-site deployments.
• Ensure systems meet operational, performance, and safety requirements prior to production handoff.
• Install and integrate robotic arms, grippers, sensors, cameras, and mobile platforms.
• Contribute directly to mechanical and electrical installation of robotic systems.
• Conduct on-site system testing and validation.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues during deployment.
• Optimize system performance for efficiency, speed, and accuracy in production environments.
• Document installation procedures, configurations, and lessons learned from deployments.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams to improve system robustness and deployment processes.
• Support customer sites across Europe remotely when not actively on deployment.

• Create and maintain operating, installation, commissioning, and maintenance manuals for robotic systems.
• Produce safety and compliance documentation (e.g. CE marking, instructions for use) in line with relevant standards and directives.
• Translate complex technical concepts into structured, user-friendly content for diverse audiences (operators, integrators, developers).
• Build and maintain documentation standards: templates, style guides, terminology, and version control.
• Create supporting visuals such as diagrams, exploded views, screenshots, and step-by-step illustrations.
• Collaborate closely with mechanical, electrical, software, and product teams to gather information and keep content accurate and up to date.
• Manage documentation workflows, reviews, and (where needed) localization and translation.
