Internship, UI/UX Design

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Support the establishment of accounting structures for new manufacturing operations in Germany, including inventory accounting, cost centre frameworks, and financial controls.
• Manage the month-end close process in Germany and the United States, ensuring timely and accurate journal entries, reconciliations, and accounting assessments for customer contracts.
• Prepare and review local GAAP financial statements, including support on management reports.
• Develop and execute monthly analytics comparing actuals vs. budget, providing insights and driving working capital improvement initiatives.
• Establish and monitor inventory accounting and control procedures, overseeing valuation, movement tracking, and physical inventory counts across German facilities.

Accounting & Finance Manager

• Support day-to-day bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable, payment transactions, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and issue accurate manual invoices for our B2B customers, serving as a point of contact for both internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure smooth invoicing processes.
• Collaborate with external tax consultants and auditors during the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Reconcile and monitor payment provider accounts to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Work with large datasets, ensuring accuracy, organization, and timely updates in our accounting systems.
• Contribute to the development, implementation, and optimization of financial systems (e.g., cost accounting, controlling, and reporting) to enhance operational efficiency and support strategic objectives.

• Serve as the bridge between the company's AI robotics technology and customer needs, designing and presenting tailored solutions
• Design and present tailor-made system concepts based on customer requirements
• Translate technical requirements into customer-oriented solutions and support sales teams in solution design
• Present solution designs in sales calls and collaborate on improvements and modifications
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery on time and within budget
• Generate user manuals, preventative maintenance guides, spare parts lists, and deliver customer training
• Identify new market opportunities, trends, and feedback to inform product and solution roadmap
