About the role

  • Help design, develop, and deliver high-quality products to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Work with tech, product and business development teams to understand client pain points
  • Communicate with diverse internal and external stakeholders
  • Design and develop solutions using technology and machine learning models
  • Implement solutions in understandable ways for clients and collaborators
  • Manage time-sensitive client projects and documentation
  • Contribute to the development of key solutions and conduct critical analyses for strategic decisions

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in geospatial analysis and Python programming (e.g. GeoPandas, Rasterio, GEE)
  • 1+ years of industry experience with machine learning and/or statistical methods
  • Knowledge of code and data versioning tools
  • Experience with software engineering in a production environment (CI/CD, versioning, code reviews)
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand unfamiliar systems, new technologies, & large/complex code bases
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English
