About the role
- Planning: managing content calendars and setting key performance indicators.
- Content Management: creating, curating, scheduling, and publishing high-quality original content for various platforms.
- Community Engagement: monitoring channels, responding to comments, messages, and mentions, and fostering a positive online community.
- Campaign Management: planning and executing social media advertising campaigns and managing budgets.
- Analytics and Reporting: tracking metrics, analyzing campaign performance, and reporting on ROI.
- Brand Consistency: ensuring all content and interactions align with the organization’s brand voice, identity, and values.
- Trend Monitoring: staying current with the social media algorithms, platform updates, and emerging trends to keep Sepsis Alliance relevant.
Requirements
- Relevant professional experience in social media marketing.
- Nonprofit or mission-driven organization experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities remotely.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
