About the role
- Take ownership of the end-to-end design process, from concept to final implementation, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define and execute product design strategies that align with business objectives.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform and validate design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma and contribute to the evolution of SEON’s design system.
- Iterate rapidly based on user feedback and stakeholder input to refine product experiences.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure high-quality implementation and consistency across all product touchpoints.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably within SaaS or enterprise B2B environments.
- A strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design for complex, data-driven products.
- Proficiency in Figma, including design systems and prototyping.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis to drive design decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex workflows.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with agile development processes and working closely with engineering teams.
- Strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to design.
- Experience designing mobile-first and responsive web applications.
- English language proficiency at a professional level.
