Responsible for selling and servicing Sentry products to meet growth, retention, profit and sales objectives
Products include specialty lines (Non-Standard Auto, Motorcycle) and personal lines (Homeowners, Auto, other) that Sentry is licensed to sell
Selling Dairyland and Harley Davidson products and promoting their insurance services to customers
Provide quotes and bind coverage for customers in a timely fashion
Answer inbound customer inquiries on coverage limits, deductibles, etc.
Understand specific company products to effectively serve customers
Requirements
Associates degree or equivalent work experience
2+ years of related work experience
Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license is required
Effective phone communication, analytical, decision making, and human relation skills
Previous call center experience/sales experience highly preferred
Effective multi-tasking and time management skills
Proficient computer skills with the ability to use dual monitors
Ability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends

Compensation includes base salary, plus commissions, and the ability to earn additional monthly, quarterly, and annual incentives.
Shift differential paid for hours worked after 5:00PM and weekends
